Ogarden Smart production run
We created the OGarden Smart to work towards a better, healthier, ecological and responsible world. Our mission, through the OGarden, is to create a real positive ecological impact on Earth, while bringing more autonomy to individuals.
We decided to work on a solution that could bring us fresh and healthy food for cheaper than the store and as well creating a great and positive impact on Earth. We felt it would be our contribution to the improvement of Earth and humanity.
How can we get fresh, healthy, non-gmo vegetables, for cheaper than the store? That was THE question. We looked into other hydroponic solutions, but they only allowed us to grow a few herbs in the kitchen and did not really made a difference in our food expense. Everything we grew was gone in 1 to 2 meals.
So we started developing our own system that would make a REAL difference in our plate and food budget, and the OGarden was born. We created a super optimized device that grows up to 90 veggies, fruits, and herbs at the same time for about 5 times less expensive than in grocery store.

OGarden is a young company based in Quebec, Canada. It was founded in 2016 after our first highly successful crowdfunding campaign. Lead by the vision of a more beautiful world that is ecologically closer to nature, the OGarden team has worked hard to find an innovative solution. We believe we've found it. Our goal is to bring more autonomy to you and your loved ones.
We have worked extremely hard to ready this product for Kickstarter and full-scale manufacturing and fulfillment, but here are what we see as the risks and our plan to assess them:
MANUFACTURING: The manufacturers are lined up, and we have quality assurance people on site during production.
FULFILLMENT: Sometimes things get a bit crazy and stuff happens that can’t be planned for: a supplier misses a deadline, customs clearance or a shipment gets lost. Those things could cause a delay. We are using an experienced logistics team get our products to you. We’ll keep open and honest communication with you through our process so you know where your product is and when it’s going to get to you.
