The handling of gas detectors is often difficult for international users, which is why the simplification of use and an overcoming of language barriers were emphasised when designing the BW Icon. Thanks to the icon-ba-sed user interface with single-bu-tton operation, this device can also be used intuitively by untrained persons. In the process, data flows and the observance of safety regulations are monitored in real time via a smartphone. The LED display makes sure that the detector is usable even in extremely cold environments.
